Bad customer service

I received my Boody package, but it was missing numerous items and had extra items that I had not purchased. When I reached out to customer service, they refused to send me my missing items until I sent back the extra items that came in my package. Really disappointed in the customer service I received and still missing my items that I paid for even after returning the extra items. Love the products but will not be a returning customer after this experience.
