For hygienic reasons it is against the law to exchange or refund underwear, but in the case of a faulty garment please contact us and we will organise a replacement sent to you free of charge. Boody is most accommodating in terms of sizing but please check our size chart prior to purchase and if you are unsure, feel free contact us and our team will happily assist you. We will replace incorrect sizing if the garment is untarnished and in it's original packaging.

For all other styles, we accept exchanges provided the garment has not been worn and is returned in its original condition.

The cost of returning the item(s) by post is at the expense of the customer, unless faulty. If you would like to arrange a return on a faulty item or an exchange, please contact us.
